Three Stages of Frozen Shoulder

After being diagnosed the with a Frozen Shoulder, the first question everyone asks is...

"How long will it take for me to recover?"

The answer is not so simple as it the risk factors leading to the development of Frozen Shoulder vary from person to person.

However, on average, one should expect to take an 18 month time horizon from the initial pain and discomfort associated with the condition - right up until they regain "full" range-of-motion.

As you work through the three stages of Frozen Shoulder, you will find that as pain increases and range-of-motions dramatically until the mid-point of Stage 2 - when the body finally begins the process of remodeling the scar tissue that builds in the joint capsule.
